I cannot do my workout in the morning so I work out in the evening and I'm usually done at 9:30 pm, is it ok to have my shake at this time. I have'nt been using it but want to start today, I'm trying to burn fat and tone.
absolutely. you need to have your shake within 45 minutues of finishing your workout. the sooner the better! if you don't drink your protien right after you work out you risk breaking down the muscle tissue that's vital to buring the fat you're trying to get rid of.
