Just curious about these Mini Bands or Bands. Are you supposed to tie them around the end of the bar? And also what is the set and rep scheme while working out with these? I plan on using them on bench press.
are you talking about those variable resistance bands? Don't know much about them, but I would guess make sure they are not pulling no an angle, the closer in the weight is to your hands the better also, I would assume that is the same for resistance. Be careful!
