ok well i go to school and i have to wake up early getr ready and leave i've tried waking up early and working out but i dont have the motivation. so my question is that when is the best time to work outor does it even matter because i do workout after school (run and lift weights) and i dont feel as good as when i do when i workout in the morning on the weekends

I FEEL THE SAME WAY. BUT I DO TAEBO AND ON THE DVD THEY HAVE A QUICK 8-MINUTE WOKOUT AND THAT IS EASIER TO DO WHEN U WORKOUT ALONE AND I TAKE A WALK WITH MY MOM TOO!:)

In a Nutshell, The reason for this is that your ratio of anabolic to catoblic hormones is most conductive to building muscle in the evening. However it is more important to workout when it's convenient to you so that you can stick to it.
