Okay, this is a long story, so, brace yourselves!
I just had to get this story off my chest...almost five years ago I met this guy--we really hit it off, ya know, great chemistry, great times, but wayyy too much partying. Things were pretty crazy back then, but we were pretty crazy about each other. One night that all came to a screeching halt when I saw him take another girl home--I was furious, hurt, and caused a scene which resulted in the girl's hood of her car dented--I left town a few hours later. Well, lo and behold, back in my hometown and I discover I'm three months pregnant. I'd tried to get in touch with him, but he'd already left town--I had no way to contact him or even where he would be. Fast forward to a few months ago--I've raised the boy myself with the support of my family--I've got a great career--totally mellowed out on the partying. I get a phone call in March from guess who??? My baby daddy! Four years ago I opened a case with the attorney general--they finally located him--he lives about five hours from here. Come to find out that way back then a mutual friend of mine told him that I was messing around with some of the guys at work--he believed her and took that other girl home. Wow--how ridiculous. But anyhow, I think I quit shaking about an hour after we hung up. He says that he's been feeling like somethin's missing for a long time now--I say that me and the boy might not be the answer, but would love for them to meet. We met up, it was so cool to watch the boy and his daddy. We discovered that that chemistry was still there and decided to resume a relationship--way more healthy now than back then. Well, he's proposed marriage, I've given two months notice at my job, and we're moving to be with him. Crazy where life leads us, huh?
