Another milestone reached!

I didn't run fast and I didn't run very far, 1/8 of a mile all together and I had to do it in two tries, but I did do it. My legs burned so bad I thought I was going to cry, but I did NOT quit and I did NOT cry. I just pictured you guys standing along the track screaming at me to haul ass, and I did. princesslodgey Posts: 1,748 Joined: 2004/02/21	2004/05/23, 05:31 AM Well done, thanks for sharing. I used a similar motivational trick the other day - I reached a hill on my bike and I imagined all the FT guys shouting at me to get on with it and it really helped :)
