when the page says, push ups. 1 12 reps 2 12reps 3 10 reps 4 10 reps. are all of them pushups? and am i supposed to do them all in a row or am i supposed to do 1 set and then switch to the next exersize?

does this make any sence?

You do one set then rest for a minute then do the next set till they are done. Then on to next exersize.

Hmm that does seem to be allot. How many calories depends on your goals.

you double posted with the 8200 calories. I am not certain what other post it was in. I think you meant to say 3200 calories? Right?

A horse would have trouble eating 8200 calories in a day I think. Someone 6'5" and 325lbs may have to eat that much, but not you.

Good luck!
