Welcome to FT! As for suggestions on losing weight... eat right and exercise properly and it'll go away.. keep in mind, a healthy amount of weight to lose in a week is about one to two pounds... you don't wanna lose weight too quickly... Sometimes, at first, a higher amount of weight can be lost in the first couple of weeks, but then it slows down to the average... also, look up Grocery List for a Bodybuilder in the nutrition section... lots of ideas there...
