How can we analyze a diet that we cannot read? Tell us what you eat.

--------------
Would it be classified as overly competitive if I refused to let a 4 year old beat me at chutes and ladders?

You simply need to design your diet to be above maintenance levels. As the increases stop, this has become your maintenenace, and you need to increase again. The "cleaner" your diet, the more good weight you will gain as compared to just weight(fat).
