Okay, currently im taking animal test for growth and cuts for staying lean. I have heard a lot about creatine, but what exactly does it do? help build muscle or just overhydrate? I want to get bigger but I want to be lean and not look thick. Will I look thick on creatine? Is taking a cutting supplement with creatine a bad idea? Bb1fit or other competitors do you use creatine because it makes you look overhydrated? Im really confused and would like someone to sort this crap out for me please.
