Here in France HOT ROX from Biotest isn't very known yet. Especially because it's sooooooo expensive.
Anyway, I'm on a diet again and I felt like giving it a try, so I just began taking it a couple of days ago.
I don't feel excited as with the products containing ephedra but it still gives me a boost (from its thermogenic formula).
I'll tell you the results from this (and of course I'm training and on a diet in the same time! :) -Unfortunately it's necessairy since those fat burners are not MAGIC PILLS! :big_smile::big_smile: )

Good Philia2 please keep us informed, I want to try that product too but they don't sell it here in Mexico, we just get the Hydroxicut or the Xenadrine EFX. I will have to go to the US to buy Hot Rox.

A friend of mine is taking it as well as the Xenadrie NRG8, he told me he felt the same boost with any of them...

It has only been three days so it's actually too early to say something BUT I really like Hot Rox so far.
It doesn't make me shake like eph does or give me head ache like the caffein. I still get an energy boost -especially in the mornings (but I'm already an "always-running-around" person! :big_smile: )
Something else that I REALLY appreciate is that my appetite is controlled. I'm on a VERY strict diet and I don't feel extremely hungry or frustrated.
What I haven't said is that I'll only be on this strict diet for 14 days (and then it'll still be diet but less hard) Why? Well I've been invited to a French TV show in now only 10 days. It's way too soon to really drop any good weight but I can loose around 10lbs (2-4lbs of fat and the rest will be water! -I'll try hard NOT to loose any lean muscle mass!)
I'm not over weight but for this I'll need to be a little more cut. :)

I weighted myself this morning and I'm 4lbs lighter already. I feel leaner as well but I think it's mostly because of the fact that I've cut out bread and sugar.
I'll start taking some plants today as well to get rid of excess water. I normally hate taking diuretics since you loose vitamines and minerals as well, but this one is veeeery soft :big_smile: and I got some excess water in my legs I need to get rid off.
On the bottle of Hot Rox it says that you should take one caps twice a day for the first three days and then two caps twice a day. It's now my fourth day but I feel fine with just one caps for now. Maybe I'll upper the dose in a couple of days.

Oh by the way maybe I should give you an example of my diet and training. Yesterday I ate:
- 4 fine slices of dark bread
- one grapefruit
- 7 fine chicken slices
- lots of veggies and salad (but no sauce but a little bit of vinegar :surprised: )
- one small soy yougurt (my daily cheating! :big_smile: )
- 2 protein shakes
- 2 fish oil caps and then of course lots of Amino Acids, vitamines, calcium etc

The training was:
2x30 mins power walking
35 mins of HIIT on the elliptical (I couldn't keep myself on my legs after!! :laugh: ) and
one hour of weight training (circuit). :dumbbell:

No wonder why I was so tired last night! :)

I have never used hot rox, but I did use GNC'S Total Lean , I'm sure HOT ROX, is alot more powerful though. Why don't you just go run with like 3 shirts and 2 pairs of pants on while taking that stuff, you'll notice a huge weight loss real quick, as long as the run is exhausting enough. I like to do sprinting alot, but I think jogging is better if you are really in the need of fast fat loss.
If those side pictures are up to date , why are you even concerned with losing fat, you look very healthy and attractive as is. You don't want to get too skinny, or atleast I wouldn't.

No those pics where from last summer. I'm still fit but not as cut.
I've lost 6lbs until now but all the training and diet is making me tired and I don't have the same force as usual.
It's quite normal but also extremely annoying!
Normally I wouldn't let that happen but this is just for 5 more days and then I'll start eating more.
Right now I'm taking a lot of amino acids and doing a lot of massage etc to try to recover (no good for me to feel completely exhausted or tired to the show :surprised: BUT I must admit that it's a little bit difficult to exactly know how to keep loosing weight and NOT feeling tired!)
I've started to take 2xHot Rox twice a day from this morning.

Well why don't you just take a protein shake with glutamine along with your training or some other shake to help you recover faster. I take MEGA WHEY from GNC and I can go out and kill myself in a work out, take a few shakes at the right times and wake up feeling fine. But I'm also 17 if that has anything to do with it.

8lbs down but feeling a little tired from the missing calories. No carb ups for the last 12 days but training and diet. I take PLENTY of L-Glutamine and aminos to recover (lol I wouldn't like to know how I would be without! :laugh: ) and do the sauna + massage. :big_smile:
Just two more days and then carb up and less strict.

Okey conclusion; I really like Hot Rox!
I managed to loose 9lbs in 12 days and I'm quite satisfied of my physique at the TV show yesterday.
It was extremely hard but it was definitely worth it! :big_smile:
Now don't forget that my weight loss was for something special and even though that I'll still be watching my diet (it's summer after all! :laugh: ) then I'll probably gain a couple of lbs from water retention, when I'll start to reintroduce bread and starch to my diet..........

What really counts in a diet isn't how fast you can loose the weight but NOT to loose muscles and of course to KEEP the weight off! :)

Okey I haven't stopped taking HOT ROX but I'm down to only one cap twice a day (I'm a strong believer that it's necessairy to change often to get results. Before some of my other competitions I also tried to change between different fat burners -one or two week of each and never the same quantities!)
I've put on 2lbs from water since I've introduced some carbs in my diet. That's normal.
I'll like to drop 6-8lbs more.

Thanks Philia, I started with one cap twice a day, will follow this for a week, and then take two caps twice a day as recommended....

Now just to add to your comment Philia, a friend of mine is mixing fat burners and he says he is getting pretty decent results... he takes Hot Rox in the morning and then Xenadrine NRG8 at mid afternoon just before workout... would you recommend this?

No I wouldn't recommend taking different fat burners during the same day.
I haven't taken Hot Rox with something else (except the other day I took an aspirin who has a little bit of caffeine in it for an annoying head ache!) and I don't smoke or drink coke or coffee.

It's your body and be nice to it! :)

LOL I know Philia, I wouldn't do that mixing fatburners thing myself... :surprised:

Here's an interesting "fact" some clerk at GNC told me... I bought HotRox as well as ON's Creatine, and asked him whether they would have opposite effects, considering that a fat burner had caffeine in it and would act as a diuretic pill, and creatine being trying to retain water on your muscles... and he told me that was not a problem with HotRox because of the formula that acted directly over the thyroid, thus increasing your metabolism, and not having that much caffeine to increase your heart rate and have that diuretic effect (It gets quite annoying going to the bathroom every 30 minutes :laugh:)

Any comments on this? So far I've tried this combination for 2 days (one cap of HotRox twice a day and 10 grs of creatine: 5 pre, 5 post workout) and I feel pretty good.

p.s. It is nice to hear that you don't drink coffee, coke or smoke... I quit smoking over a year ago :big_smile:
