Should ab's be done everyday or thrice a week.What do u people thing

I do them twice a week. Anymore is too much for me. You don't want them to be too fatigued, because otherwise your core lifts like squats and deads can be dangerous, as the abs are used to stabilise the torso.

I work my abs 6 days a week. Almost everybody at our gym trains them that often 2...abs, in contrast, to the chest, quads or any other muscle don't need much recovery time and can be attacked all the time without feeling overtrained. There are dozens of excercises for the side abs, the side crunches are probably the most common...avoid stick twists (especially) rapid ones which might cause injury according to a study I checked on the net and agree totally with.

i do them 3-4 times a week alternating weeks, 3 one week then 4 then next. this is effective for me

I do them at the end of each work out. which is four times a week. seems to work good for me.
