I'm to dumb to figure out this so im gonna ask you guys for help. If i'm not necessarily trying to lose weight just trying to get cut would you guys call that losing fat and gaining muscle (2160cals 216 protein and carbs and 48 fat) or am i aiming towards size and strentgh(2700cals 203 protein 338 carbs and 60 fat)??
Thats a neither I reckon. It's a diferent ball game getting proper cut. That's for someone who's strict and determined. Search it on fitbuddy search... In the meantime look up some old threads of 'asimmer' as she did one on the girls bodybuilding on and off season diet plans- which as a man was interesting to see what they eat at say 140pounds body weights and surely it's a matter of adding a bit more food because you are heavyier/musclyier till you get the quantity of food right for your body to strip fat or stay the same. So search it and just go for it with a diary, so as you know what your body is doing with it's intake,I'd be inclined to say you would want a higher protein diet with very low fat..
