I was wondering what order these go. Right now I eat tuna and a banana before working out. Then lift real heavy and take a weight gainer as soon as I am finished. Then I go outside and run. Is this the right order?
I want to gain muscle mass but still have a little flab around my gut and lovehandles that I want to get rid of. The rest of me is not fat at all.

Your order is okay.
I would switch the running to opposite days from lifting, but if you lift everyday, then running after is better.

I use this order. I have had pretty good results. I had really good results in the beginning, now it's kinda slow, but that is to be expected. I run before I take my protein shake though. I don't know if it makes much difference, but I usually feel really full after my shake, and a bunch of water.

Taking a weight gainer is sure not going to get rid of that flab and lovehandles you speak of! Sorry....the weight gainer post workout is not ideal usually anyway. You want simply simple sugars and pure whey isolate or hydrolosate or combo of both. Most weight gainers have tons of other stuff in them to jack the calories up, that are counterproductive to post training scenario. You want no casien for instance, no fats, no fructose, and no unwanted carb fillers.

Sorry, I assumed the weight gainer was mostly sugar and protein.

It's not like I'm fat. I said just a little. The rest of my needs to bulk up. What would you reccomend instead of weight gainer? Protein shake with what kind of carbs?

Use 38 gr. protein, 38 gr. of evenly mixed dextrose and maltodextrin. In other words, 19 gr. each. 3.3 tbsp. of malto, 1.3 tbsp. dextrose. This is at your stated weight of 155, and for cutting(losing bodyfat). You will not be able to lose your love handles and add mass simultaneously. It is at best very, very difficult. Better to pick one and go with it.

Where can you buy this dextrose and maltodextrin and what exactly are they? Thanks for all your help bb1fit.
