please help me to see if I am eating a good diet with enough calories.
Breakfast: cereal or oatmeal with strawberries or some fruit
snack: almonds
Lunch: slim fast snack bar, tuna sandwich on wheat bread with mayo
snack: fruit and veggies like carrots which possibly a cheese stick
Dinner: burger with rice and brocoli
I drink about 80oz of water a day and decaf tea throughout the day.
