# of fats, carbs, and protein matter?

I'm am on the nutrition plan to bulk up and find it really easy to reach my fat goal, but have trouble reaching my protein, and especially carb goal.

Is it alright to eat an excess of something else to compensate for not getting enough of another thing?

Can I eat whatever combo I want as long as I don't go over my max calories (2800)?

Look at my profile and see what you think I should be eating and how much of what.

Any suggestions?

You have to eat the proper combination.It won't work if you don't. Great job on the profile. :big_smile:
