I have no clue what to eat when i am trying to lose i run 2 miles everyday when i wake up and have lsot some wheight in the past month but would like to lose some more and i hate hearing about how many calories i just need what i should eat pleasee!!!!!!!!!!:big_smile:
look at the bodybuilder grocery list. Are you eating before you run?? If not, you should be! There are a lot of different ideas on this board about what you should eat. It just takes a little bit of common sense, and a lot of very good ideas from the people that post here. I start the morning w/ oatmeal mixed w/ protein. 2 hours later, I have a peanut butter and jelly sandwich (Natural p.b. and sugar free jelly on whole wheat bread) 2 hours later I have another sandwich. Roast beef and turkey breast w/ mustard on whole wheat bread. 2 hours later, I have a piece of fruit, and something else that I'll put together. 2 hours later I'll eat dinner. In between all that I'll drink a ton of water and have a protein shake after my workout.
