re-doing a workout

Hi, i'm really new to this, and after my workout yesterday i realized, after doing some research, my technique really sucks. i now know how to do it properly, so should i go back to the gym today and do it right? or should i wait the traditional 48 hours anyway (i'm really not sore at all)Thanks for the input.

I'd say if you were and have been working out for a while, tak ea week or so off, reevalute things and start fresh and new. Your body can use the rest I bet, an dit give you time to see what you wanna do.
