I was wondering how much weight is enough/too much to add from one workout to the next.

Currently I am doing cardio 3x a week and lifting 2x. So I bench once a week. How much weight should I add the following week. Pounds or percentages will work.

I know everyone is different, but I wondered what you guys do.
