Hi everyone. I just wanted to introduce myself. I stumbled across this site tonight when I was looking up some information on weight loss. I've been dealing with being overweight since I was a child, and I've already taken some steps towards accomplishing my goals, and I hope joining this site will help me keep the motivation I have found that I sometimes lack. I'm a sophomore at UNC-Wilmington and my overall goal is to get a hold on my weight and my life before I graduate from college. Any help and support is greatly appreciated. :big_smile:
welcome!! if you sign up to a ft fitness plan and nutrional plan then thats a great start!! Im sure you will be able to find time to workout between school and work, if u really want this then u will get it!!
Working out is the key, the diet is crucial as well, you need to find a way to have 5 or so meals a day..
