howdy , If you have read my previous posts, you know that I have been taking MEGA WHEY from GNC for alittle over a year, I will be starting college soon, and I do not know what sports or activities I will be doing, but I keep striving to be the best possible athlete I can be and try and look the best I can be. I try not to be influenced too much by certain things.
But I was wondering what everyone thought was the safest healthiest supplement to take to gain the greatest amount of lean muscle mass and strength??????? I have heard great things about creatine and NO2 and I have heard very bad things, so I am in distrust about those. My doctor says I should just do it naturally and if i take mega whey then thats fine.
What do yall think???
I'm 17, I weight 217 and I'm 6'3.
I keep gettting stronger in all area's , and I can't seem to get past benching my body weight. I still have a good amount of fat on me, not that much, but i still have a gut.

Forget the NO2...waste of money. Creatine is worth a go, it is arguably the most researched supplement in history. If you are a responder, it will really help your "explosiveness".

Gowar...I got your email. For some reason I cannot reply to it...so I will post my reply here.

You are mistaken.

Our bodies already produce creatine naturally. Our liver combines the three amino acids, Arginine, Glycine and Methionine. It combines them to form creatine.

To further prove its safety two an a half million kilograms of creatine were consumed in the United States alone in 1999! That statistic alone speaks volumes about the safety and efficiency of this supplement! Not only that, but creatine has been the number one supplement on the market for almost a decade and no one has reported any adverse side effects from it.

Do what you want....creatine is natural and safe.
