I have read alot about when to do cardio. My question is do I need to do it? I would lioke to lose about 15 to 20 pounds but I would like to have muscles biult up. Will weight training on it's own reduce my body fat? Does any one know if weight training will help to lower cholesterol as well as arobic exersize is suppose to?
