On your prinout or on the website it has a couple of spaces... one for the amount of reps and the other is for the weight you used... so, if you did 15 reps with 10 pounds, input the 10 pounds into the Input Weight Used area...
If you don't use weights for some exercises, ie: pushups or crunches, I'd input a '0' instead of your body weight, as that will change with time and has a tendency to fluctuate from day to day... if you do decide to add weight to those exercises, then input the weigth you used...
