Hi there! My name is Pam and I'm a new member here. I was surfing around, after looking at my cellulite in the mirror and thought this would be a fun place to be! I'm a veterinarian in Northern Michigan and absolutely love it. But, between the hours, stress and only 5-6 months of warm outdoor weather, keeping my exercise varied enough is tough. I am able to work out 5-7 days a week for 45-60 minutes each time, varying between biking (trainer in the winter, off road in the summer), running, hiking, kick boxing and rollerblading. Plus, weight training.
I'm still trying to get over that I will never have the perfect body...but I'm trying! Thanks for your support.
