Ive been trying for weeks to lose some weight and flatten out this tummy. Since I got an office job and i sit all day ive noticed myself getting bigger. When i exercise after about 15 min. i am tuckered out. And im not sure on what to eat also. Like should i just eat veggies alday and a body bar and take my vitamins or ...?
Also,Ive heard that drink lots of water helps but i just cant see how.

Five to ten servings of vegetables and fruits is good... check out the nutrition section of this website for the Grocery List for a Bodybuilder... lots of great items there...
Also, 15 minutes of exercise is a good start... you have to start somewhere... keep at it and you'll notice you'll last 20 minutes... it'll just go up from there...
