Hey everyone I'm new and just wanted to say hi. I'm 18 and live in Mississauga Ontario, Canada. I'm just getting into the work out game now because I want to be bigger by the time I start university in the fall(of course I don't intend on stopping right now but you know). I'm 5'11 about 140-145 so I'm pretty skinny and wanna gain weight and muscle mass but not get bulky because I'll be getting back into martial arts in the fall too. So what kind of plan should I be on and what supplements do I need to gain weight because nothing works. Any help you guys could give me would be great! thanks a lot,
Chad

Hi chadk01,

Welcome to ft!

I am sure you will find a lot of useful information here.

Gaining weight will require that you eat more and lift heavy weight.
Try a mass gainer program from the fitness resources here.

Then spend some time looking at the nutrition forum - lots of good food ideas and information.

Check out Grocery list for a bodybuilder in the nutrition forum, it has a red pin next to it. It is a good starting popint for what to eat.

What is a popint?

Would it be classified as overly competitive if I refused to let a 4 year old beat me at chutes and ladders?
