i am currently off school, and awaiting my exams, but once those are finished i will be able to do what i want all day for about 12 weeks. at the moment i weigh about 10 and half stone at 5 foot 9. i am in good shape, toned and quite muscular, but i wanna know how much do you think it is possible to gain? (i am not asking for a workout plan, cos i know how it works)
thanks Adam
p.s. any reply much appreciated.

hmm maybe 5-6 lbs of LEAN mass...and that is pushing it. this does depend on how long you have been working out as well. When you are new to weight lifting, you can see better results right off the bat. once your lifting for awhile, its harder and harder to gain mass. In all honesty..in 12 weeks, if you put on 5 lbs of LEAN muscle, you are lucky. If you go at it right, and workout hard, keep your diet on track, and get lots of rest, you can expect about 1-2lbs a month.
