Hey hi everybody, ive been working out for two months now, 5 days a week. I'm fortunate enough to have a free gym at my job building with lots of free weight and machines, so why not use it ;) I'm serious with my training mostly because of this great site, be able to follow, input and tracks my exercice data help me a lot to keep the motivation !

I just started a new diet, i eat 3 big meals, especially red meat, poultry, pasta ans lots of fruits and eat banana and nuts in between every meals. I also take weight gainer 1000 calories milkshake. I have gained 3 pounds of muscle mass in 4 days with this new diet.

I'm 6 feet 2 and now 180 pounds, kind of skinny looking guy but this is about to change. My goal is to reech 200 pounds of lean muscle mass before the end of the year.

I never trained so seriously before, but now i'm on the healthy road and i want to reech my goals.

Thanks to all for putting so much info on the board on how to eat well and workout the best way !

Keep up the good work !
