CREATINE AND AMINO ACIDS- HELP

Hi all, can anyone help. !
If you regularly take Creatine and Amino acid supplements, b4 or after your workouts, should you stop them whilst you are ill and not working out.!? Or should you carry on with them.
Can it be dangerous to keep taking them whilst not excersizing properly.?
Any insight to this would be much appriciated.

I don't think there is any danger in still taking them. The amino acids are eliminated if not used.
If y ou keep up your fluid intake, you should be fine. I WOULD THINK YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR CREATINE UP BECAUSE OTHERWISE YOU MAY HAVE TO LOAD IT AGAIN WHEN YOU ARE BETTER. bUT SOME PEOPLE CYCLE ON AND OFF CREATINE, SO YOU COULD USE YOUR SICK TIME AS AN OFF-CYCLE. oopS, CAPS LOCK, SORRY.
