My name is David and have done the fitness program for 1 week now. It is tough, but a great program. My thanks to freetrainers for the valuable information.
My goal is to gain definition and burn fat. I spent 3 years as a professional wrestler and spent that time on weight and muscle gain. I think I have enough mass and want to define what I have :-)
