Now obviously it's legal as you can buy it from supermarkets without any trouble, but I'm talking about in the world of track and field. Now from what i gather, creatine is a performance enhancing supplement, would I be putting myself at risk of disqualification if I took creatine? Just want to get all the facts in before I end up doing something I may regret, thanks.

Check with your coach, but as far as I know, creatine was never illegal, and has been used in the olympics since 1984.
It will always be found in your dope tests as it is a natural substance produced by our liver.

In any competition I know of, it a product is sold "over the counter", it is legal and fair game to use, as everyone has access to it.
