Hey everyone i just bought TRAC CREATINE..i heard this stuff is really good...i want to know im trying to lose weight like im 206 i want to be 180lbs..should i take my creatine and have protein shakes...or should i just take the creatine..if im trying to lose weight??

Creatine does not aid you in losing weight by any means.
What it does do is make you retain water in your muscle tissue, which will give them volume.
To lose weight, cut back on your carbs, and eat protein.
