I started my rutine 2 weeks ago and I am doing 15 min. cardio every time I:) go to the gym before workout.
Is this ok to do it or shoul I do it just once a week????
There is a great cardio thread by started by bb1 with a sticky in another forum... It's in the General Exercise forum... lots of questions answered there regarding cardio, when to do it and so on...
