may i suggest that at 130 pound for your height, you aint exactly overweight. your pic is very good, you are fit looking and in shape- can i say that? so don't stress on the weightloss issue. this can be a reason you don't hit a goal of another 2 pound loss, stress and quite possibly not eating enough... if your training regime has been constant and food the same- then your change in weight over time can cause your body to need a lower calorie intake or different amount of carbs/protein for instance- asimmer taught me this previously telling me about macro nutrients... so try;

atkins or high protein for a week- just as a shock tactic or kick start to your system- then check that the future plan is a 5+ meal daily plan with 6 fruits/veg and a strict look at your portion sizes. Don't add sugar/salt/ honey /dressings to foods. You know, little rules and then every Saturday you can have a sin day thick pizza and/or a good dessert like chocolate cake in choccy custard as a reward..

lately my favourites for my fridge or carrier bag to keep me going are;
grapefruit,grapes,celery,brocolli,cauliflower,spinach,apple,strawberries,raspberries,onion,peppers,satsumas,nuts not salted. and a lot of fish cause you can have slightly more volume of it than say beef or pork per calorie..and chicken
constant dieting sucks- lifestyle rocks- sharp shock tactics wake you up.

cardio twice a day is too much.
eat small meals, every 3 hours of lean protein and complex carbs.
