Looks like you are starving yourself.
How much do you weigh?

If you want to look fab for summer and do funruns, etc., you are going to need more food than that.

We have already discussed breakfast in another post, and eating pre-workout, I think.

Let me know if you really want to know what to eat or if you are waiting for someone other than me to tell you what I have been telling you, which is eat more protein and more food at each meal.

Hey asimmer,
I am currently 65kgs which to me is heavy.. I know muscle weighs more than fat, and that i am not overweight, but there is def some still too lose.!
Definatly could use your advise, it just gets a little confusing with so much different information out there.

1 thing im possitive about i dont want to bulk up with muscle.. My arms are pretty big already... But i gues theres nothing i can do about that. !
Also on the meal plan above the dinner didnt kind of work out, as i was out.... I had a very healthy cheese on toast with chips.. ! (eeek)But very yummy

Jofroud I'm not sure why you are confused. See the post titled Bodybuilder grocery list and make your food choices from that list. Eat 4-6 times a day and make sure that each time you have a protein and a complex carb. You aren't eating enough and what you are eating is mostly carbs. If you managed cheese on toast with chips you could have managed something healthy.

Your arms will get smaller as you lose fat. Not bigger. Even if you gain some muscle, you probably will be smaller when you lose the bodyfat.
Women do not bulk up - they perceive them selves to be bulking up becaus ethey tend to tone up the muscles before lsoing the fat and, yes, that looks bigger.
It is a struggle to really add quality muscle mass for those who are trying (ME), so don't think you will look like she-ra without some serious effort and dedication.
You may look bulky - it is because you still have fat over, under and in the muscles.

A pound of muscle burns 50 calories extra a day. Add muscle!
Stimulating your muscles with heavy weight creates a calorie burn that lasts long after the workout! And it burns hellacalories while you lift!

If you eat fish - add fish to your main three meals, or eggs. They are a higher quality protein than vegetables sources.

My usual diet is pretty veggie friendly, you may have to make a few switches, but for the most part it could work

Breakfast - oatmeal, and eggs

snack - veggies, 1/4-1/2c beans, 1/2 can tuna (white beans, tuna and onions, chopped veggies with vinagrette makes a great salad)

Lunch - salad, 1/2c rice (brown if you will eat it), fish

snack - egg whites and 1 hard boiled egg, veggies, a litttle olive oil on the veggies

dinner - small sweet potato, 2 fish filets, salad w/vinagrette

snack - 1/2c cottage cheese and some walnuts.

Try it, I bet you lose weight.

When you are hungry your body needs lean protein, complex carbs and good fat.

There is an awesome list of food choices that fall into those categories - it is called grocery list for a bodybuilder (and we are all building our bodies, after all).

Check it out and let me know if that doesn't answer your questions.

Okie i read them they are very helpful.

But what about at night if i'm hungry?

Here is what i found at this site.

http://www.freetrainers.com/FT/jsp/NutritionEating.jsp
============================================

Nutrition to Lose Weight

For those of you who have chosen to get lean, you will have to lower your carbohydrate intake. This is very important after sunset; carbs consumed at night will not be used up and stored away as fat. Be sure to meet you requirements.

Here are some TIPS: eat fish and plenty of fibre, follow a very low fat approach and consider supplementation. Fat burners are recommended to aid you in your progress.
========================================================

So this means that i don't take in any food with carbs and fats after sunset..only protein i guess? (even though i'm hungry)
