First
My Stats--5'6 and 160lbs
My goal: Lose fats (around my tummy!) at the same time i also want to train my muscles.

So basically i'll be doing mostly weight training and perhaps a lil bit of cardio.

----------------------------------
Now the question...

What do i NEED before i exercise? Proteins only or carbs or both?
If possible pls include how long must i eat before i exercise.

Also what do i NEED after my exercise?

---------------------------------------

Another thing:
I need 2533 calories daily. If possible can anybody tell me which foods adds up to roughly 2500 calories. Ya just have to tell me the amounts for a whole day and i'll split the portions myself.

Example:

2 eggs whole
3 egss white
1 whole chicken breast
blah blah blah...

...continuing from the above post

1 last and perhaps very boring question:

I suppose from all the posts i had read, you don't need to sweat in order to burn fat/ lose weight ?

You ask a lot - try getting a book of food counts from the used book store and educating yourself on the content of the foods you commonly eat.
Check out grocery list for a bodybuilder and my post "someone to watch over me' and my new post 'New Challenge Diet' they both have examples of meals. My new challenge diet is approximately 2700 calories, so you could trim a few calories off of it.

You definitely need carbs and protein before you workout, and after. Look it up - there have been many previous discussions about that and I have bumped some posts recently o n the sbuject - so they should be near the top of some of the forums.
Good luck!

hmm i ate like

6 eggs today

1 whole egg and 3 egg whites before my workout.
Then another 2 about 1/2 hour after my workout.

There i got only 21 g of protein...if what they said is true(eggs white gives 3.5 g of proteins)

i know this is not enough (i need like 163g daily)

So may i know the protein for whole chicken breast? becaue i don't wanna eat 46 eggs a day -_-
