I have to say, died98, that I have learned that anything is possible! See what works for you best, if you are a big goal oriented person, keep those numbers in front of you and work toward them, if you work better creating daily or weekly goals for yourself, do that with the big number the prize at the end! For instance, daily goals would be to do cardio or weights for so much time each day and eat better. Zoom in on your calorie needs, protein, carbs, fat, etc. and adjust appropriately (something I am learning to get down). Remember to adjust your heart rate appropriately, too, and to increase your workout as your stamina grows so you continue to see results.

Personally, I would like to lose 50 of my 78 total pounds to lose by December and what I am going to do is work out the best I can, eat right and continue to push myself at a reasonable degree. If I fall a little short, that's ok, it took 12 years to pack it on, if I exceed it, I will be thrilled!

I see you have a specific goal in mind so you can enter the Air Force, so just stay true to yourself and remember near everything is possible, and if you are to become one of our great soliders, you already have an inner strength to become all you can be!

Psssttt...there are great exercise plans here for those goals and super nutritional suggestions, and if you get to a point you would like to upgrade there are many, many more benefits to help you for very little, which I hope to do soon!!
