hi, new guy here... been training 5 day a week (resistance & cardio) for a while now and have had some success on over all body fat reduction but i still have flabby man breasts with firm muscle below, any exercise tips to produce a pair of pecs?

You can tailor a routine to stress your chest more. This will help to build the muscle that you would like, but you have to be on a good nutritional routine (hate the word diet) to actually lose the flabbiness. You will reduce overall fat content. It may end up that you will lose yours in your chest last, but you will make overall gains to help motivate you toward your goal. And just consider the fact that by the time that you reach that goal, you will be overall sexy and ready for the beach. Good luck!
