I actually think she meant 1000 calories. It is very easy to meet the fat grams but not the calories. If this is the case, I don't think there is anything in this world that has 1000 calories and only 3 grams of fat. Might want to take a look at eating more low fat foods, and adding in more fruits and veggies, as they will up your caloric intake without adding too much fat. Just my 2 cents :big_smile:
