I have to get to 10stone 9pounds or my bmi to be within an acceptable range,i'm now 11st 2lbs. This is because i have been accepted by the police.Never mind i waltzed the fitness test and train harder and more than any of my friends who are in.My dilemma is that my weight loss was going good but now i feel ive been backed into a corner and while im training,my eating has become erratic.Any motivation would be great!

ummmmm....sorry you lost me.....what is 10stone 9 pounds and what is 11st 2lbs...I read your profile and realized that you are from England, so maybe you could give me a run-down on what you meant as I'm a bit confused with the wording (doesn't take much to confuse me!). It's awesome that you are with the police! I guess you mean that maybe the added stress and goals you must accomplish are making it harder on you and harder to eat right. Just remember how far you have come and how great you are going to feel! Keep it up, YOU CAN DO IT!!

BMI can be misleading if you are muscular. You weigh more than insurance charts or BMI charts say you should and always come out feeling like you have to lose weight.
Go instead by how you look and feel and how your clothes fit.
