Guys,
im training for this competition in december. I plan to gain 15 more kgs. with a bit of fat, and then reduce for definition.
My problem is constructing a new chart.Well I will be working out my chest and tricep and legs once a week, but for the rest of my parts, I just want to know if I should do it two times or once a week.i.e., I lose pump majorly on my lats when I do it just once a week......understand what I mean???
Ill be greatful if you guys can suggest a weekly schedule of bodyparts to workout.

Hey uttiya,

first of all.. 15kg is quite a bit.. are you natural? Cause you will only put on a maz of 5-8kg of actuall lean muscle mass if you are lucky, don't bother with the fat.

I would train each bodypart once every 6 days - about once a week.

If your lats are having problems.. maybe it's time to switch it up - what exercise are you doing for lats now?

I agree with Arnold. Each bodypart once a week is probably the best unless you arn't natural. In exception train the ab's and calves 2-3 times a week. That's what works for me anyway. If I were you I would switch up my lat routine. Best of luck. -sweeny

I have a question about the chart, what does the "tr" mean?
