I think I have an overuse injury in my right tricep. The soreness is in the upper part of the tricep, closest to the shoulder. It is not near the elbow. Pushups and dips dont seem to bother it, but skulls definitely bring out the ache. Its not real painful, but definitely noticable. I also noticed that pullups (wrists towards me) caused me to feel the soreness in that tricep. Any advice is muchly appreciated. Can I keep lifting with non-tricep exercises? Is that a location for tendonitis?
