Hey! I am a teenager tryin to lose weight over the summer while i can. i have a issue with my thighs, I HATE THEM:(. i want to know if there is any way i can fix that without having to go 2 the gym or w/o any equipment. Thanx:love:!

#1 you need to fill out your profile. You can walk, run, ride bike or swim. Pick the "Training At Home" routine out of the Health Resources. That and watch what you eat. Use fitBuddy to do a search on sample meals (can be found at bottom of page) As you will find on this site don't stop eating your body will go into survival mode and actually store fat instead of burn it. Do a search on fitBuddy for Grocery list for a BodyBuilder and buy whats on there.
