Officially introduce yourself to the community by sharing your goals, obstacles or accomplishments. Don't be shy.. we're all here for the same reason. The more support we share the easier it will be to reach our goals!
One thing I thought I'd mention as it was brought to my attention in my cardio workouts, is to do the weight training first and cardio after. It has worked better for me and thought I'd pass the info on to you in case you hadn't read a post on that yet.
