My 1000th Post!!!!!!!!

I know that 99% of my posts are sarcastic, but I hope that I get someone to laugh atleast once a day. Laughter in my opinion is the best medicine. I would like to take this opportunity to make this a very special post. I want to say a few words about some people from this sight who have helped to make a difference in my life. Dfly - My love, my world, my heart, my everything. I would be NOTHING if I did not have you. I hope you know this, and I don't care if it sounds mushy, cushy, wushy!! Charlie - You are one special man. For more than your sense of humor and your quick wit. Juli and I both cherish your frinedship, albeit over the computer. Asimmer - Damn my chest has gotten big thanks to you!! You keep me in line and you keep me in shape!! You are truly a success story and I admire your hard work. I also thank you for taking time to help me with my diet. You don't have to do stuff like that, but you choose to, and that is special. BB1 - Da Man!! That's all I need to say about you. I hope it makes you feel good to know how many people you help and inspire. I track your workouts and read all of your posts with intense interests. I learn something new from you everyday. You are a role model to me, and I can only hope to be as dedicated as you are to your health. Jdelts - A Mets fan and a Giants fan!! I won't hold that against you. You got that New York attitude, and I love it. Pull no punches, call it like you see it. Actually I am only complimenting you because you have huge arms, and I am afraid that you will choke me out. Mutt - I love the way that you deal with adversity. You take what you get and you make the best of it. That takes guts; guts that we all know that you have. Keep up the hard work, and keep up the motivation. All you other people, keep up the hard work, keep asking questions, and keep sucking up knowledge. Pass it on to other people and help them to become better. This is a special place here and we should be thankful that we have each other. -------------- I cry once a day.

I've become accustomed to leaving the bottle of windex and a rag next to my monitor now. Although certain naked squatting images i could do without, you've helped me tremendously with diet etc...i cannot thank you enough. Now i must go to the gym...(i go back today woohoo!)...but must be easy around the shoulders until the rehab is done...but i'm going to lift heavy so that next challenge you won't be able to touch this pasty little white boy.
