Hello new to FT and resistance training. I'm am 13 years old and 182lbs (I know...HUGE.) and I am sick of living my life as an obese person and I'm finally oing somthing. I just finished my first workout and it was ok I couldent do chins between chairs at all (no broom stick) and I could only do 3 dips behind the back (to out of shape) other than that it was good. Well I guess I just wanted to say hi and to get that off my chest. Thanks for listining:big_smile:
