I have a question regarding non-surgicul skin stuff....Ok here's the deal, I used to be 300lbs and two years later i'm 215lbs. I run, I train, I lead a very healthy lifestyle. But at 6'5 and 215 i damm well deserve a six pack but alas the issue at hand. there is obviously a amount of old "ME" skin still hanging around my abdomin. Are there non-surgicul ways to reduce or am I stuck with the knife and scarring....any feed back would be appreciated

Try firming lotions, but if it has been two years it may have constricted as much as it is going to and a skin tuck may be the only option.
-------------- If you fall down seven times, get up eight.
I\'m not lazy, I\'m energetically challenged.

I agree with Asimmer, at this point you need to accept that it's abou as good as it's going to get, but it still wouldn't hurt to go and talk to a plastic surgeon, he would be more educated on your options. If surgery is the only way, consider your options then. I know it is scary and expensive, I felt the same way before I finally decided to have my breast reduction, but it has made the world of difference in my self esteem.
Gook Luck and congrats on the weight loss!!
