Chest Pump

Hey everyone,
Recently i have noticed that i can't get a good pump going in my chest. does anyone have any advice? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Scott

Yeah, you are probably shoulder benching or arm benching. Drop your weight, flex your chest before the first rep, and concentrate on the chest staying flexed. At this point, your shoulders are probably bearing most of the load, as they are a smaller muscle group and will fatigue much quicker and feel much quicker than the larger chest.

I used to have this problem with the iron strength machines. You have to pay close attention to where the seat is. It is critical for the seat to not be too low, or too high.
