Abs are made in the kitchen.. I think it was bigandrew that said that... really gotta watch the diet to get the six pack... add the ab exercises and you should get there.. the key is what you put inside you...

How long have you been working out?? This stuff can't happen over night, don't get discouraged. How long did it take to accumulate the problem?? Exactly! There is no quick fix not made in the surgery room. Watch what you eat, lift heavy, you should be fine.

Don't get discouraged, mickeyfresh, you will see results if you eat right and keep working out as the others said! Hang in there!

Haven't we already had this discussion, mikeyfresh?
Eat 5-6 small meals a day, consisting oflean protein and complex carbs. Do cardio 3-5 times a week.
Lift heavy enough weight to challenege your muscles.
Reapeat weekly until results are seen.
-------------- If you fall down seven times, get up eight.
