David, there is a clickable menu option at the top of your page that says somthing like fitness plan. You set up your workout there. Why in the world would you want to train your upper body and not your lower??

Perhaps if we took the time to educate him instead of criticizing him we would be doing more help than damage. The kid is only 17. When I was 17 it was all about chest and arms. David, I would suggest that you incorporate some leg exercises into your routine. Your legs are your base, the more powerful they are, the more powerful your WHOLE body will be. Email me offline if you need some suggestions.
