i have decided to enter my 1st bb comp in 12 weeks time!
my current bodyweight is 14 1/2 stone im 6ft tall with a fast metab,but im not sure how to go about this diet!
do you think its best to rotate my calories say every 3 day from 100% maintanence to 75% & keep repeating or just lower each week total amount?
any help & advice would be great thanks:big_smile:

You have a couple of options, carb rotation being one of them.

bbfit journaled his entire pre-competition preparation - you can read it under journals.

beverly.com will give you a pre-comp diet based on your stats and make supplement suggestions.

bodybuildingcompetitionguide.com has some useful info.

Your diet will change every few weeks during the pre-comp phase.

How many calories are you getting in now and what is your macronutrient ratio?

thanks for the sites info i will check them out!
i have sent bbfit a pm asking for advice but i will look thru his journals !
currently doing 2200 cals for 3 days then 1700 cals & repeating,doing 30 mins CV 1st thing in the morning & taking Clen 2 weeks then ECA 2 weeks repeating!
